Transactional emails (password reset, email verification, receipts) always send. Those aren't marketing and aren't covered by the toggles above.

PRIVACY AT NCLIPS.AI

nclips.ai is a study platform for nursing students. To run it we collect the minimum data we need to keep your account, your progress, and your subscription working. We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. The rest of this page is the detail.

When you create an account we store your name, email, and a one way hash of your password (we can't read the password itself). If you sign in with Google we store your Google account ID and the email Google gives us. Nothing else.

While you study, we record which videos you watched, how far through each one you got, what you bookmarked, and any chapter progress. None of this is shared with anyone outside the platform.

When you subscribe to a course, Stripe handles your card details on their own servers. We never see or store your full card number.

REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made within the NCLIPS mobile application (“App”), operated by ProntoTech AI Solutions Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our”). By purchasing any subscription, course, content package, or other digital product through the App, you agree to this Refund Policy.

All purchases made through the App are final and non refundable. We do not provide refunds, credits, or exchanges for:

• Subscription fees (monthly, quarterly, annual, or any other billing period), whether partially or fully used;
• One time purchases of digital content, courses, videos, question banks, or study materials;
• Unused portions of a subscription period after cancellation;
• Dissatisfaction with content, features, difficulty level, or learning outcomes;
• Failure to use the App or access purchased content during the subscription period;
• Accidental purchases, duplicate purchases, or purchases made by another person using your account or device;
• Changes to content, features, or pricing made after your purchase;
• Technical issues arising from your device, operating system, or internet connection.

Purchasing a subscription or digital content grants you a limited, non transferable license to access that content for the applicable period. It does not constitute ownership of the content.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. You will retain access to paid content until the end of the period you have already paid for.

• iOS (Apple): Manage or cancel via Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device.
• Android (Google Play): Manage or cancel via Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel through the App Store or Play Store directly.

All purchases in the App are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), not by us directly. As a result:

• We do not have the ability to issue refunds for purchases processed by Apple or Google. Refund requests for such purchases must be submitted directly to the relevant platform.
• Apple users: You may request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Refund decisions are made solely by Apple in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.
• Google Play users: You may request a refund through the Google Play Store in accordance with the Google Play refund policy. Refund decisions are made solely by Google.

Any refund granted by Apple or Google is at that platform's sole discretion and governed by their respective terms, which may differ from this policy.

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.
